“They’re out of network, so you’d have to pay cash.”
Boarding Pass gets a single-case agreement signed, so the provider you chose counts as in network. Free.
How it works
- You add your plan documents and say what’s going on.
- Your provider lists everything included, for one price.
- You, your provider and your employer sign one agreement: who pays what, in plain numbers.
It fits if
- Your employer pays claims itself, a “self-funded” plan. HR can tell you.
- You’ve found a provider you want, and they’re willing.
- The price is reasonable and your employer’s open to it. Talk to HR directly; this handles the paperwork.
Provider or HR?
Send this page to the employee. They open the case and invite you.
Your documents
Everyone sees the agreement. Your medical details go to your provider, and to HR only if you choose. AI reads your documents to draft the paperwork, through Anthropic’s API, and Cloudflare stores them. Your case is deleted when you close it, or after nine months. Boarding Pass is in a pilot, and the agreement template hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet.
